30-day window
Unopened packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is on the customer unless the return is our mistake.
Defective or wrong items
If a pack shows up short, melted, mis-colored or you got the wrong bait, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll ship a replacement at no charge — no return needed.
What we can’t take back
Opened or used baits, clearance colors and custom-poured orders are final sale. Soft plastics that have been stored with other brands can react and discolor, which isn’t a manufacturing defect.
Starting a return
Email yeetlures@yahoo.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll reply with an address and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
